Refund policy
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Items: Orders for items that are customized to the customer's needs are non-returnable.
- Pre-Order Items: Orders placed for pre-order items, which are made specifically for you, are non-refundable.
- Marble Items: Any marble item that is for sale shall not be replaceable or exchangeable after sale.
- Minor Defects: We request customers to overlook minor defects as every product is handcrafted, and craftsmen give their best to make the perfect product.
- Customer Refusal: If the customer does not accept the order, returning the product will be rejected.
Refund and Booking Policy
- Pay 10% and Book: If you are still deciding, you can use our "Pay 10% and Book" feature. You will have 15 days to make a purchasing decision. If you decide to proceed, the 10% amount will be adjusted in your final purchase. If not, the amount will be refunded to your account, and the item will be made available for sale again.
- Non-Refundable Design Fee: The design fee is non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Return or exchange is possible only if the product received is damaged or the wrong product is delivered. In any such cases, the customer must inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours. However, we reserve the right to return, exchange, or refund.
- Return Shipping: In the case of return orders, customers must courier the item to our warehouse. After receiving the product, the customer will get the money back.
Insurance Policy for International Orders
- Marine Insurance: We will insure the shipment at 2% of the total order invoice value. This covers any breakages that might happen in transit. We will assist you in unpacking the boxes to record any damages in a timely manner.
