Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
  • Shipping Time: Orders are typically shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office.
  • Damage in Transit: TSA India is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We ensure all items are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and the time required for craftsmanship. We will keep you informed of the estimated shipping date.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes according to the laws of their country.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an item is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, TSA India is not liable for the delivery. The transaction will be cancelled, the item returned to the seller, and the customer will be charged reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred.

General Shipping Information

  • Order Combination: While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  • Invoices: All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • Shipping Delays: TSA India is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping services.
